HEADLINE: BodyLabZ Has Finally Been Updated
Awesome news! We have added boxing and kickboxing to our facilities. Our trainers have been taught and trained in kickboxing and boxing. We have put up the speed back, we have the big boxing gloves and the focus mitts. It's time to get it on people and have fun doing your cardio.
