In Studio Training Packages:

All of our programs in our studios include:
* A free Gym Membership so you can use the facility for cardio and
while you aren't with a trainer.
* Personal Trainer sessions with one-on-one individual attention.
* A personalized nutrition plan based on your current body and desired
goals.
* A workout plan based around your specific goals.
* A fitness journal for tracking your progress.
* Assistance in goal setting, tracking, and completion with our
proven tracking system.
* Assistance in behavior change away from bad habits and into healthy
and positive habits (you'll be hard pressed to find this any other
place).
1. Personal Training Packages
= Gold Package: 3 sessions per week and best for the person
that wants the ultimate in results at a quick rate and assistance
with their health and fitness goals. This package offers the best
rapid results.
= Silver Package: 2 sessions per week and ideal for someone
with limited time but still wants maximal results.
= Bronze Package: 1 session per week and for the self motivator
that needs direction with an exercise program. You will have additional
work specified by the trainer and report back every week. This takes
the guess work out of training, yet allows you to perform them whenever
your schedule allows.
= Partner Training Packages: You can split the 2 and 3 session
training packages between 2 people. Have a friend that you want
to get involved with in the gym? Care to share the cost of the trainer?
This package is for both of you.
4. Athlete Training Packages: From all the major sports like
baseball, football, soccer, golf, basketball, and wrestling to other
sports like martial arts, MMA Fighting, bodybuilding, fitness and
figure competitors, BodyLabZ has worked successfully with all of
them. We have 2, 3 and 4 session packages that includes Zach Marcy
created Speed, Strength and Agility Drills. Take your athletic competition
to the next level with this package.

Virtual Training Packages:

Our virtual training packages are very effective and time
tested. If you aren't near a BodyLabZ location or just don't
have the time to make it into one then see how we can help
you.

the globe. This package includes that listed above and:
* 1 hour phone consulting session during the weekend and 1/2
hour session during the week.
* New workouts emailed in spreadsheet form every 4 weeks.
* Unlimited e-mail questions answered in depth.
